Who we are

Home To Home Accommodation - a 100% owned Irish entity - has established an Accommodation service for the Ryder Cup in Adare Manor in County Limerick in 2027. The event will include four build-up days, from Monday, September 13th to Thursday, September 16th 2027, followed by three days of competition between Europe and the United States, from Friday, September 17th to Sunday, September 19th 2027.

Home to Home Accommodation will liaise with Irish Golf Tour Operators and help to try and ensure that you get a booking. House Rentals are for an 8 night period with guests arriving on Sunday September 12th 2027 and departing on Monday September 20th 2027. Prices for periods other than the above will need to be determined by daily rates.

Pricing

Rental prices for the 8 days period mentioned are expected to be between 10,000 Euro and 35,000 Euro.

The highest rental prices are for High quality homes that are close to Adare with decreasing rates up to approximately 2 hours drive from Adare.

Pricing for periods other than the 8 date period mentioned above have to be calculated on an individual basis.

How it works

Rents are based on:

Distance from the Event Venue (Adare Manor)

Room Configuration (with an expected minimum ratio of 1 bathroom per 2 bedrooms)

Overall Quality of the Property (Properties will be inspected by our team)

Guideline Rental Pricing for a 4 bedroom property of a high end standard with a minimum 2 bathrooms for the 8 day period is as indicated below. However the rental pricing has to be confirmed between the Irish Golf Tour Operators and the Home Owner.

Fee, Commission & Contract

The charge for this service from Home to Home Accommodation is a 200 Euro registration fee. This is a once off charge from Home to Home Accommodation.

The commission fee will be charged by the Tour Operators and this has to finalised between the Tour Operators and the Home Owners.

The final contract is between the Home Owner and The Tour Operators with Home to Home Accommodation acting as an intermediary providing homes which are available for rental to the Tour Operators.
